What v0.3 Is

A credible public release of the existing repo:

• easy to clone and run
• honest about support levels
• strong on local-first knowledge and offline pattern demos
• inspectable enough for reviewers

What It Deliberately Does Not Solve

• production-hardening every subsystem equally
• full API stability across the whole brain/ package
• perfect connector coverage
• polished UX across CLI, web UI, and Mac app at once

Experimental Areas

• Antahkarana
• grounded reasoning
• gateway/background sessions
• travel and marketing domains
• many integration-backed command families

Near-Term Priorities

• tighten the portable quickstart
• keep docs aligned with the real code
• improve demo coverage around context, policy, and patterns
• reduce release noise from generated and historical artifacts

Where Help Is Wanted

• docs cleanup and source-of-truth alignment
• focused smoke tests for public demos
• connector hardening with explicit mocks
• packaging and CI simplification
